About the Artist
Combining an educated background in traditional portrait photography and her natural youthful & artistic eye, Norah Burrows is creating modern portraits that appeals to those who are looking for a fresh new way to honor their family tree.
After graduating from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts, Norah opened her wedding and portrait photography studio in the friendly town of Sebastopol. Open since 2006, Norah prides her business on providing her clients with a professional, yet fun and upbeat studio with full-services.
Often the idea of hiring a professional photographer for your life-moment can be an overwhelming task. At Norah’s Studio, clients have the ease of knowing that she will help them in every step of the way. It’s important to her to know the purpose of having photography in her clients home. In her eyes, we are often celebrating a life moment; whether that is the growth of a new baby, the beginning of a young couples life together or the celebration of the success of many years together, or perhaps the celebration of a son or daughter’s graduation into adulthood. By recording these moments in photography, we are creating a historical archive to be valued for years to come.
You can find Norah Burrows Photography on Gravenstein Hwy South, on the Corner of Lone Pine Road in Sebastopol. She works both in her modern-designed studio and outdoors in bright sunshine locations. Norah currently resides in Sebastopol with her husband, Spencer Burrows, and their new puppy, Otis. They are lucky enough to work side-by-side, where Spencer teaches music to today’s talented youth at his studio, The Great Burro Studios.
